Women’s Rugby Splits Matches on Day Two of Collegiate Rugby 7s Championships; Places Seventh in Women’s Premiere Division

WASHINGTON, D.C.- After going 1-1 a day ago, the West Chester University women's rugby team returned to action on Sunday morning for the second day of the Collegiate Rugby 7's Championships. West Chester again went 1-1 on the day, falling to Penn State in the Plate Semifinals before defeating Notre Dame College (Ohio) by a 19-0 final in the 7 th -8 th place game to finish the Tournament with a record of 2-2 in seventh in the Premiere Cup Division.
