Women’s Tennis Plays Hard Against #9 Middlebury Panthers

Waterville, Maine- The Mules gave the Panthers an incredible battle today, falling 4-5 to the top ten ranked team. Today was the closest the Mules have ever been to taking down the Panthers, and the Mules are excited for a rematch at the NESCAC tournament. Doubles play was close, with the Panthers taking a 2-1 lead at the conclusion of play. Sam Riordan and Michaela Landry came up huge for the Mules, defeating top ranked opponents 8-3. Bella Suk and Sydney Landau battled hard, falling 6-8. Amelie Gal and Ellie Gershaw also gave their opponents a run, dropping 6-8. Singles…
