Canucks Thatcher Demko Named 2024 Vezina Trophy Finalist

Thatcher Demko has been named a finalist for the 2024 Vezina Trophy. Voted on by NHL general managers, Demko becomes the third goaltender in Vancouver Canucks history to be a finalist for the award, joining Roberto Luongo (2007, 2011) and Kirk McLean (1989, 1992). This season, Demko helped the Canucks capture the Pacific Division title while posting a record of 35-14-2. Demko also had a career-best five shutouts while recording a .918 save percentage and a goals-against average of 2.45.
