Hawkeyes Drop Series Finale

IOWA CITY, Iowa – The University of Iowa softball team dropped game three against Minnesota, 5-1, on Monday afternoon at Bob Pearl Field. Sophomore Jalen Adams (9-13) got her second start of the series against the Gophers. Minnesota jumped out to an early lead on a solo home run in the top of the first inning. The Hawkeyes answered back with a solo shot of their own off the bat of senior Grace Banes in the home half of the inning.
