Local Product Skelton To Attend Stamps Camp

Calgarian Danny Skelton will be taking part in the Calgary Stampeders’ 2024 training camp as part of the Canadian Football League’s Canadian quarterback internship program. Calgary’s rookies will first be on the field on May 8 while main camp gets under way May 12. A graduate of Springbank Community High School, Skelton recently completed his third season at the University of Windsor. In 2023, Skelton led the Lancers to a 6-2 regular-season record and a spot in the Ontario University Athletics semifinals as he threw for 1,806 yards and 13 touchdowns.
