Petrarca Named PAC Midfielder of the Week

PAC Release TRAFFORD, Pa. — Lauren Petrarca (Simi Valley, Calif./Royal) was named the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) Midfielder of the Week after leading the Allegheny College women’s lacrosse team to a pair of commanding victories last week. Petrarca helped the Gators dismantle Waynesburg University, 19-1, and Franciscan University, 21-5, as Allegheny locked up the second seed in the upcoming PAC Championship Tournament. In two games, Petrarca amassed nine points (5g-4a) with eight ground balls, eight caused turnovers, and four draw controls.
