Scaperotti Named ECC Baseball Rookie of the Week; Giblin Tabbed to Honor Roll

WEST BABYLON, N.Y. (Apr. 29, 2024) – Mercy University baseball freshman Nevin Scaperotti (Stormville, N.Y./Carmel) has been named the East Coast Conference (ECC) Baseball Rookie of the Week and graduate student Nolan Giblin (Syracuse, N.Y./Jamesville Dewitt) was tabbed to the Honor Roll for Week 11. Scaperotti allowed just two earned runs and struck out seven in six innings of work to earn his fifth win of the season at STAC on Friday.
