Strong starts & offense power Baseball to series sweep of Simpson; Brosius sets career steals record

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The Coe College baseball team swept a three-game series with Simpson College on Monday afternoon, winning a resumed game from Saturday evening 6-5 in 13 innings before winning both games of a doubleheader 10-4 and 12-2. The Kohawks and Storm started the series on Saturday but were halted due to rain and darkness in the top of the ninth inning with the visitors leading 5-4.
