Trio of Knights Walk Away with Weekly Awards

LANCASTER, Pa. – The Atlantic East Conference announced their weekly awards on Monday and three Neumann University athletes were among the honorees. Olivia Ammon was named the Softball Pitcher of the Week while Elizabeth Shire was named to the weekly Honor Roll. Brendan Boschi of the Men’s Lacrosse team was also named to the weekly Honor Roll. Ammon went 2-0 in two complete game shutouts the in circle, 1-0 in conference action, to wrap up the regular season. In a 4-0 win over Rutgers-Camden, the junior allowed five hits over seven innings.
