Women’s Tennis: Macalester to Host St. Catherine in MIAC Quarterfinals

ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Macalester College women’s tennis team secured the No. 4 seed and will begin its MIAC Playoff run on Tuesday April 30. The Scots host St. Catherine at Hayden Courts at 3:30 pm. Coached by Ted Lauer, Macalester finished the season 11-6 (6-4 MIAC). This will be the Scots’ fifth appearance in the MIAC Playoffs since the playoffs began in 2007. Earlier this season, on March 1, the Scots defeated St. Catherine, 7-2.
