ALMONT The Raiders were handed a narrow 4-3 loss at Croswell-Lexington on Monday. Almont trailed 1-0 after the first. Neither team scored again until the fifth inning when Almont got on the board with a run, but Cros-Lex quickly responded with three of its own. Almont drove in a pair of runs in the sixth. Tyler Brown went the distance on the mound, retiring five and surrendering seven hits, four runs and two walks. Offensively, Brown and Luke Winkler had two hits and a run each.
