Baseball’s Flynn Named CCC Rookie of the Week

CCC RELEASE BEVERLY, Mass. – Colin Flynn of the Suffolk baseball team garnered Commonwealth Coast Conference Rookie of the Week after helping the Rams go 5-0 over the week including a sweep of conference counterpart Curry, the league office announced Tuesday morning. Flynn, a freshman from Dorchester, Massachusetts, was perfect in center field with 17 putouts in 17 total chances. At the plate, the right-handed hitter produced six hits, including a one double, with a pair of RBI, four runs scored and two stolen bases en route to his second weekly accolade of the season.
