Grambling State Drops Midweek Contest at LSU
GRAMBLING, La. | The Grambling State University baseball team fell to LSU 26-2 on Tuesday night at Skip Bertman Field at Alex Box Stadium HOW IT HAPPENED Louisiana State opened up a 9-0 lead after two innings. It was a 3-run homer by Hayden Travinski that punctuated LSU's early lead. LSU dashed any hopes of a GSU rally with a 13-run fourth inning to take a commanding 22-0 lead. Kyle Walker continued his hot streak at the plate with a 2-run homer in the top of the fifth. He led the G-Men at the plate, going 3-for-3 on the evening....
