Matt Kraft Named Summit League Peak Performer of the Week

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – North Dakota State senior Matt Kraft has been named the Summit League Men's Field Peak Performer of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday. Kraft was the runner-up in the javelin at the Drake Relays on Apr. 27, throwing 230-10 (70.37m) to mark his second straight meet over 70 meters. Kraft, the defending Summit League champion in the javelin, ranks 29th in the NCAA this season. He leads the league by a margin of 32 feet this year.
