Kelly is a Georgia native who starred at Parkview High School in Lilburn before finishing his prep career at Hargrave Military Academy in Virginia. Following a freshman season where he played just under 15 minutes per game, Kelly had a breakout sophomore campaign for the Yellow Jackets in 2022-23, averaging 14.4 points while shooting nearly 38% from 3-point range.
This past season, the 6-foot-6, 180-pound guard was named an All-ACC honorable mention performer as he averaged 13.9 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists while shooting 32% from deep.
Despite a dip in efficiency this past season, Kelly has proven his tremendous scoring ability throughout his time in Atlanta and could be a valuable piece for another high-major program if he returns to college basketball next season. Here are five landing spots for Kelly.
