Saints Fall to William Smith in Liberty League First Round
Two goals each from Liz Evans and Jessica LaPlaca was unfortunately not enough, as the seventh-seeded St. Lawrence University women’s lacrosse team fell 19-6 in the first round of Liberty League Tournament to the second-seeded William Smith Herons on Tuesday in Geneva, N.Y. In addition to the two goals, LaPlaca also had a ground ball and won two draw controls. Morgan Arakelian had a goal and two assists and Bella Hillman also scored for the Scarlet and Brown.
