Tigers Fall to Roadrunners in Seven Innings
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – The Pacific baseball team fell to CSU Bakersfield, 11-1, in seven innings on Tuesday at Hardt Field. Junior Jakob Guardado extended his on-base streak to 12 games with a single for the Tigers (8-36, 3-12 WCC), but the pitching from the Roadrunners (12-30, 6-15 Big West) quieted most of the Tiger bats throughout the night. Sophomore Tony Otis went 1-for-3 with his team-leading 11th double of the season. Sophomore Kaden Petersen also collected a double and scored a run on sophomore Andre Vidal's sacrifice fly.
