Williams, Lackner Named Alvernia Athletes of the Week

Reading, Pa. (April 30, 2024) – Alvernia University men’s golf sophomore Shawn Williams and women’s lacrosse senior Haleigh Lackner were named the Alvernia Athletes of the Week for their performances during the week of April 23 – April 29, 2024. Shawn Williams finished in a tie for second place over the weekend at the 2024 MAC Commonwealth Men’s Golf Championship and led Alvernia to a third place team finish.
