Women’s Lacrosse Sets Single Season Program Win Record

WINCHESTER, Va. – The Shenandoah University women’s lacrosse team defeated Bridgewater College in the 2024 ODAC Quarterfinals, 23-9, to advance to the semifinals. With the win the program set a new single-season win record with 14 victories, breaking the previous record of 13 set in 2012. The Hornets (14-3) trailed 1-0 to the Eagles (9-9) early, but then rattled off six consecutive goals in an eight-minute span to pull ahead.
