Bellflower’s double in the ninth gives GCSU 3-2 win over Newberry

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. | Brandon Bellflower's two-out double to right field in the bottom of the ninth gave Georgia College & State University a 3-2 non-conference baseball victory over Newberry College Wednesday (May 1) afternoon at John Kurtz Field. The Bobcats improved to 29-20, while the Wolves fell to 24-26. GCSU will return action Friday (May 3) when they host half of the Peach Belt Conference Tournament.
