Nixon’s Top-10 Finish this Past Weekend in the 100m Hurdles Earns Her Big South Athlete of the Week Honors

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Upstate track & field capped the outdoor regular season with a strong final meet in Charlotte, N.C. and earned one final Big South weekly honor as Kyonna Nixon was named Big South Female Athlete of the Week by the conference, as was announced on Wednesday afternoon. Kyonna Nixon earned her first Big South weekly honor of the season after securing a top-10 finish in the women;’s 100m hurdles with a time of 14.04.
