SUNY Cobleskill Baseball Falls to #24 Ranked SUNY Cortland 8-2 in Non-League Action

Cobleskill, N.Y.: The SUNY Cobleskill baseball team hosted the nation’s number 24 ranked Red Dragons of SUNY Cortland at Fighting Tiger Field on Wednesday afternoon falling to visitors by an 8-2 margin in non-conference play. With the loss the Fighting Tigers are now 16-21 overall on the year while Cortland improves to 25-10-1 overall. Red Dragon pitchers controlled the action throughout the afternoon allowing seven hits while striking out 12 hitters and walking no one.
