Former Buffalo Sabres forward Cody Hodgson has announced his retirement from professional hockey. Hodgson, 34, initially retired from hockey at the completion of the 2015-16 season due to malignant hyperthermia. However, the former top prospect shocked the hockey world when he made a comeback attempt and joined the Milwaukee Admirals on an AHL deal this season.
