Heron 3V8 wins gold at Liberty League Championships

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y.— The 13th-ranked William Smith rowing team competed at the 2024 Liberty League Championships on Fish Creek this morning. The Herons’ morning was highlighted by the third varsity eight, which claimed a gold medal. William Smith also entered boats in the varsity eight and second varsity eight events this morning. The Herons finished second in the 2V8 and third in the varsity eight. Racing was contested on the 2,000-meter Fish Creek course.
