Badgers race at Windermere Cup for first time
SEATTLE – For the first time in school history, the Wisconsin women's rowing team competed at the Windermere Cup, one of the world's premier rowing events, on the Montlake Cut. The Badgers were led by the varsity four and the second varsity eight who each came in second place in their respective races. The varsity four opened the racing for UW, coming in second place behind host-school Washington.
