BASEBALL HOLDS ON FOR SPLIT VERSUS ADELPHI
ALBANY, N.Y.- The College of Saint Rose earned a split over Northeast-10 Conference rival Adelphi this afternoon at Bob Bellizzi Field. Randall Alejo struck out nine batters over 7.0 innings to lead Saint Rose to rebound for a 6-5 victory in game two. The Golden Knights were shut out 5-0 in the opener. A two-run home run by James Ward out to left field gave the Golden Knights the early advantage in the finale.
