Jesuit, John Curtis and Holy Cross among big event winners at 5A state track meet
Jesuit junior Brady Mullen rounded the first curve on the final lap of the 3,200-meter race when the public address announcer told everyone to get on their feet. The crowd at Bernie Moore Stadium cheered as Mullen, already noted among the top distance runners in Louisiana prep history, smashed a composite state meet record that stood for 28 years.
