Softball sweeps UNE to run streak to 25-straight games

BANGOR, Maine — The Husson University softball stuck to its winning ways on Saturday sweeping the University of New England by finals of 3-0 and 2-0 to win its 25th-straight game. Husson (30-4) benefited from strong pitching on Saturday as sophomore Danielle Masterson got the start in game one, tossing seven-complete innings of four hit softball with one walk and seven strikeouts for her 10th win on the year.
