UW Beats Italy, Wisconsin To Retain Windermere Cup

SEATTLE – The Washington women's rowing team wrapped up the regular season with convincing wins in the Windermere Cup and Erickson Cascade Cup Saturday at the 38 th annual Windermere Cup / Opening Day Regatta on Montlake Cut. The Huskies beat crews from the Italian National Team and the University of Wisconsin in the feature race, winning the Windermere Cup for the 27 th time.
