McKenzie Leads Titans At Horizon League Outdoor Championships

ROCHESTER, Mich. (5/5/2024) -- Sophomore Jaden McKenzie tallied a pair of career times and fourth-place efforts as the University of Detroit Mercy men's track and field concluded the Horizon League Championships on Sunday. As a team, the Titans recorded 34 points for sixth place. McKenzie was the Titans' big point producer, accumulating 21 points between individual and relays. He claimed fourth in the 400 meters in 47.93, fifth in school history, and ran 21.94 for fourth in the 200m and the seventh fastest ever by a Titan.
