Ali Schrock Shoots Even Par at Opening Day of NCAA Regional
EAST LANSING, Mich. – Behind a team-low even-par 72 from graduate student Ali Schrock, the Illinois State women's golf team opened play at the 2024 NCAA East Lansing Regional. Schrock became the first Redbird golfer since Stacey Miller in 2009 to card an opening round score at or under par at a NCAA Regional. Play resumes on Tuesday morning for the second round of the regional, starting at 9:05 a.m. (an hour earlier than previously scheduled to attempt to avoid potential afternoon and evening storms).
