Chargers finish 2-1 at Cedarburg tournament

CEDARBURG — Hamilton’s girls softball team picked up a pair of convincing victories against Burlington and Kenosha Indian Trail, while also falling to host Cedarburg at the Cedarburg tournament on Saturday. In Game 1, the Chargers got four hits, including a pair of doubles, from Hailey Schaumberg in a 14-2, five-inning win over the Demons. Lauren Bickler contributed four hits and a team-high five RBIs, while Mack Meyer, Tori Hausman and Maddie Palicka had two hits apiece for Hamilton.
