MENOMONIE — Easton Bobb went the distance on the mound for the Chippewa Falls baseball team Tuesday, tossing a two-hit shutout as the Cardinals blanked Menomonie 4-0. The senior lefty Bobb scattered two hits and one walk across seven innings in 105 pitches, striking out nine Mustangs to earn the victory in facing three batters over the minimum. Three runs in the second inning and one in the seventh provided more than enough offense for the Cardinals (8-7, 5-4).
