Valwood knocks off No. 1, advances to final four

BELLVILLE - Valwood School took down the No. 1 team in the GIAA's Class AAA over the weekend. Now the Valiants are in the final four. Next up on the schedule is No. 4 John Milledge Academy. The first game of that series is Friday at 1:30 p.m. in Milledgeville. Valwood fell in their first game to Pinewood, 8-6, but came back for wins of 12-7 and 8-1 to advance.
