Matthew Parker may well be one of the most prestigious high school kickers in the country this fall. He's got the on-field proof to show his path. And, now, the elite college destination, too. Parker, a senior-to-be at Central York, has decided to join coach James Franklin's Nittany Lions as a "preferred walk-on." Like most kickers and punters, he will attempt to earn a Penn State football scholarship after he arrives in January.
