Baseball Outslugs Coast Guard to Stay Unbeaten in NEWMAC Tournament, 12-10

NEW LONDON, Conn.— Third-seeded Babson College scored eight runs in the fourth inning and five relievers combined to allow just one run over the final 4.1 innings as it went on to defeat the second-seeded Coast Guard Academy, 12-10, in game three of the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Tournament on Thursday afternoon at Nitchman Field.
