Top 10 NASCAR throwback paint schemes for 2024 Darlington race
Harrison Burton, No. 21 Wood Brothers Racing Ford
The No. 21 car of the Wood Brothers is one of the most historic and iconic cars in NASCAR. This weekend at Darlington, the team will produce a true throwback paint scheme that dates back to 1953 when the team used a 1939 Ford called the Leonard Wood Special. The black car which includes mud splatters painted on the sides will be driven by the 23-year-old Burton who is still searching for his first career Cup Series victory. While he has struggled for most of the year, the driver of the No. 21 did earn a strong top-10 finish at Talladega a few weeks ago.
