SANTA CRUZ — Santa Cruz High’s boys volleyball team delivered in front of its raucous home crowd Thursday to earn another shot at history. The Cardinals utilized aggressive serving and superb passing, along with their always-versatile offensive attack, to defeat Archbishop Mitty 25-21, 18-25, 25-22, 25-22 in a Central Coast Section Open Division semifinal on Thursday night.
