Men’s Golf Tees Off at NCAA Division III Championships in Nevada
Sophomore Liam Casey fired a 1-over-par 73 to lead Hope College during the opening round of the NCAA Division III Men’s Golf Championships on Tuesday in Boulder, City, Nevada. Casey (Northville, Michigan / Detroit Catholic Central) carded birdies on three holes and double bogeys on two at the 7,077-yard The Legacy Golf Club. The MIAA’s Most Valuable Golfer is tied for 62nd individually heading into the second round on Tuesday, May 15. Teams will switch courses for the second round.
