District 3 baseball history: Top seeds have tough time

Since the PIAA introduced Class 6A and 5A to its baseball tournament in 2017, being the top seed has meant nothing in District 3. Gov. Mifflin enters play Friday in 5A as the top seed but no top seed has won a District 3 title in 6A or 5A since the classes were formed. Not only is Gov.
