6. Bill Gadsby, D
Gadsby was born in Calgary and played 20 seasons with three teams. He finished second in the James Norris Memorial Trophy race three times and had a sixth-place finish for the 1958 Hart Memorial Trophy. At the time of his retirement, Gadsby was the all-time leader in points among defensemen with 568. He joined the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1970.
