Top 5 biggest shoe sizes of NBA players in history

NEW YORK (BVM) – NBA players boasting the biggest foot sizes in league history needed custom footwear to accommodate the big shoes they had to fill.

The Guinness World Record for the biggest feet ever goes to Robert Wadlow, who wore a size 37AA shoe (18.5 inches long). The average shoe size for an adult male in the U.S. is 10.5.

In basketball, towering heights and impressive wingspans often steal the spotlight. However, big hand and foot sizes often contribute to the game.

“My big a— foot stepped on the line,” Kevin Durant once said – blaming his size 18 feet for the Nets’ 2021 playoffs exit.

Here are the top five biggest shoe sizes in NBA history.

Editor’s note: The NBA does not publicly provide official shoe size measurements. This unofficial list was compiled using multiple online sources, including the Action Network and lists of the tallest players in NBA history.
