8. Ryan Kalil, C (2007-18)

Arguably the best interior lineman in Panthers history, Kalil was the fulcrum of Carolina’s offensive line for a dozen go-rounds. The Panthers led the NFL in rushing yardage during that span.

“He is truly the heart and soul of our team,” said Christian McCaffrey, one of the running backs Kalil helped pave the way for.

Having played the second most games of any Carolina offensive lineman, Kalil was never tagged for more than three penalties in a season while in Charlotte. He arrived as a second-round pick in the 2007 NFL Draft and would earn a pair of first-team All-Pro nods.
