Ranking the top 10 NFL players from the state of New Jersey
3. Joe Flacco, QB (2008-present)
Having joined his sixth NFL squad this offseason, Flacco is still sticking around.
The Super Bowl XLVII MVP is now backing up Anthony Richardson with Indianapolis. As a 17-year veteran, Flacco has a wealth of knowledge to impart to the former fourth-overall draft choice.
While Flacco had somewhat of a career resurgence with Cleveland last year, winning the Associated Press Comeback Player of the Year, the 6-foot-6, 245-pound triggerman will be remembered for his success in Baltimore.
Flacco is the Ravens’ all-time leader in passing yards (38,245), air strikes (212), and wins (96). His 10 postseason wins in the Charm City are the most of any passer. Flacco was born in Vorhees and attended Audubon High School.
