T-Birds women’s field hockey starting season with four-game September road trip

June 25, 2024 – When it comes to Canada West field hockey, there’s one question seemingly asked every year. Can anyone interrupt Victoria’s reign of dominance? The Victoria Vikes have won the last five Canada West and U SPORTS national championships, a dynasty not seen since UBC claimed nine straight conference crowns between 2004 and 2012. Victoria has put themselves in a position to tie UBC for the most Canada West championships all-time if they can extend their dynasty to a six-peat this season.
