10 of the most notable players competing in TBT 2024
Shelvin Mack, All Good Dawgs (Butler Alumni)
Mack never quite had the same star power in the NBA that he had at Butler, but he did carve out a solid eight-year career in the league and is one of the more notable TBT participants among former pro players. Before his time in the NBA, the guard proved to be a terrific scorer and leader at Butler as an All-Horizon League performer who averaged 11.9 points or more in each of his three seasons while leading the Bulldogs to back-to-back national championship games. Now, Mack will look to recreate the same success at 34 years old while playing for Butler’s alumni team, All Good Dawgs, a first-time TBT participant in 2024. With some other notable former players like Bryce Nze and Sean McDermott, All Good Dawgs begins the tournament as the No. 2 seed in the Butler region and will play at Hinkle Fieldhouse.
