Brent Rooker on the trade block?: 5 possible landing spots
OAKLAND, Calif. (BVM) – The Oakland Athletics are expected to once again be sellers before the July 30 MLB trade deadline. Designated hitter Brent Rooker should be their top player who is moved, assuming reliever Mason Miller stays put.
The 2023 All-Star is having an even better campaign in 2024 with a .273 batting average and a .531 slugging percentage. Rooker is under team control through 2027 and Oakland could get a nice return for him because of that.
