Arkansas QB Taylen Green receives a Ram truck through NIL
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. BVM) – Arkansas Razorbacks QB Taylen Green will drive around in style for his first season in Fayetteville. In exchange for promoting Fletcher Auto, Green has received a Ram 1500 truck, which has a starting price of $42,000.

Fletcher Auto was founded by Frank Fletcher, a longtime Hogs fan and business mogul involved with car dealerships, restaurants and more. The multi-millionaire enjoys funneling some of his money to enhance the Razorbacks’ athletics programs.
In fact, Fletcher has been planning on offering Green an NIL deal ever since he officially committed to transferring out of Boise State.
“We got a lot of different businesses and it’s very helpful for us to have a personality to advertise for us,” Fletcher said on 103.7 “The Buzz” back in December. “So this year, we’re going to do an NIL deal with the new quarterback (Boise State transfer Taylen Green).”
Green didn’t clarify on social media whether the car is leased or if he owns it outright. Nonetheless, it’s still a solid deal since athletes typically only have to pay for car insurance with these types of NIL deals.
The timing of Green’s new car couldn’t have been better. After all, he partnered with Lithia Ford and received a new F150 truck in exchange for his promotions in June 2023. The lease on the vehicle was one full year, so Green would have had to give the truck back by now.
Green’s NIL valuation is $309,000, according to On3. He is entering the 2024 season as the likely starter for the Razorbacks. In 2023, he threw for 3,794 career passing yards and 1,026 rushing yards at Boise State, totaling 44 touchdowns.
