9. Elijah Burris

Burris was a part of Mountain Island Charter’s Class of 2020. The former three-star running back ranks ninth in state history with 7,515 career rushing yards. Additionally, he scored 102 touchdowns. 

He is entering the 2024 football season with the Hampton Pirates.
