9. Michael O’Connell, Eau Claire Regis (2003-06)

O’Connell is not only one of the greatest high school wide receivers in state history, but he was great on the track as well. The former Rambler was a state champion in the 4×100 relay. The Eau Claire, Wisconsin, star had 2,946 yards in his career and is tied as the state’s all-time reception leader (160). O’Connell played locally at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
